Can I lease an apartment at Avery Philly if I’m an International Student?
Yes! We welcome anyone that meets our Rental Criteria.
What documents do I need to provide to sign my lease?
Upon completing your application, you’ll need to provide a copy of your Passport and your I-20/F-1 Student Visa. If you are not a student, you will need to provide your Passport and L-1 Visa that is valid throughout the entire lease term.
Do I still need a guarantor to qualify?
We understand the unique situation of international students. When should I sign my lease as an International Student?
We recommend signing your lease as soon as you are ready to make Avery Philly your home! Avery Philly leases up quickly, so we recommend securing a spot now.
Do I have to purchase furniture for my unit?
Avery Philly is move-in ready. Avery apartments include a mattress, frame, desk and chair, and two stackable dressers. Appliances include a microwave/air fryer, mini fridge, and two-eye stove. You are also welcome to use our Community Kitchen 24/7!
How can I take a tour of Avery if I’m not in Philadelphia?
Avery Philly offers virtual tours. First, look at the tours on our GALLERY page. Next, contact us via chat, email, or phone, and we can set up a virtual tour with Facetime or Zoom.
What is included?
All utilities are fully included at Avery Philly. You won’t receive an additional bill for the internet, water, garbage, sewage, etcetera.
What should I bring for Move-In?
We recommend purchasing dishware, bedding, and linens and bringing along toiletries, clothes, and personal items.
